
The idea for this mini retreat came from some recent observations – so many of us want to work with our bodies, but we’re too caught up in our own minds to do so. Trying to fix internal pain with external methods will only take you so far. Hence why I like to combine both internal and external methods together to help you feel wholeness in your body!

I would like to invite you to pause your everyday life and immerse yourself
in a rejuvenating mini wellness retreat designed to reconnect you with your body,
through the power of your subconscious mind.
What’s Included:

Stretching & Toning Yoga
We’ll begin the retreat by gently waking up the body with some stretching and toning yoga. Using calm & empowering movements, we’ll release any built-up tension, build your strength, and help you feel more grounded and connected to your body right from the start.
Breathwork
After the yoga, I’ll guide you through a few simple, calming breathing techniques and show you how your breath can be a powerful tool in easing tension. It will melt away stress, boost your energy, and create a little more calm and space in your mind.
Bobinsana Tea
Next we’ll take a little tea break with Bobinsana. This gentle plant medicine from the Amazon rainforest helps to calm the mind, soften our thoughts & emotions and will also open up our minds for the meditation to come. There will also be other calming teas available: green tea, chamomile, valerian, lemon balm, passion flower, st.john wort, holy basil or ginger.
Hypnotic Meditation
We’ll close our time together with a deeply relaxing guided hypnotic meditation. This subconscious journey will be combined with breathwork to help you fully reconnect with your body and sink into a sense of inner stillness. A little ‘wow’ moment to carry with you forever!
Outdoor Fire and Healthy Snacks
If the weather is on our side, we’ll wrap up the mini retreat with a cosy outdoor fire! Fire is a symbol of transformation so let it be a warm reminder and celebration of your inner transformation 🐦🔥
